About the role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Pricing Innovations Analyst who is prepared to advance pricing models within the company by challenging existing ones, as well as proposing and developing alternatives. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to the growth of the company by enhancing pricing agility.

What are you going to do?

  • Develop and implement innovative and automated pricing solutions.
  • Create, validate, and implement advanced pricing models.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and modelling techniques to assess the impact of pricing changes and optimize pricing structures.
  • Establish metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of pricing models.
  • Take ownership of projects in the area of expertise.
  • Foster collaboration with the Pricing Actuaries Team in the Baltics and Nordics.
  • Stay current with insurance industry developments and emerging trends in pricing innovations.

What do we expect from you?

Must have:

  • Strong interest in numerical analysis and utilizing extensive data to inform business decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Databricks, Python, PowerBI, or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical, actuarial, or data science role.
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or IT.
  • Proactive and independent work ethic with a focus on achieving results.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, combined with a willingness to learn and collaborate with others.
  • Fluent in English, with comprehension of one of the Baltic languages.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with predictive modelling and machine learning techniques.
  • Previous work experience in an Agile environment.
  • Skilled in collaborating across different functions within an international context.

  • Monthly salary: From €3000 to €4500* gross depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, there is an annual bonus. (*Please note that the specific amount may vary due to different employment taxation in Baltic countries.)
